Pink Pineapple Doily Crochet Pattern
Doilies are becoming a lost art but a huge part of our history. My grandmother’s house was filled with beautiful doilies whether they were large and over the sofa back, smaller over the sofa arms, dining room table or chairs or even framed and hung on the wall. Luckily, crochet is coming back in a huge way which give us some hope for the return of doilies.
Fun tip for the younger crowd: slip stitch multiple doilies together (random sizes, shapes and designs) and you’ll have yourself a gorgeous table runner or a fun piece to frame and hang on the wall!
